Were my expectations too high?

I was all excited about the summer holidays and having some time off and then I found myself in a weird slump. Here's how I lifted out of it.

I find myself full of worry and panic. My heart palpitations have returned. I keep slipping into lethargy. And it doesn’t make sense.
