Those of you who kindly pay to read my weekly emails will know that I have a big life change coming up.
It’s not the first big change we’ve made as a family and I imagine it won’t be the last but that doesn’t mean it’s been smooth or easy.
On the contrary, it’s been a time of high emotions and some quite acute panic.
But deep down, I’ve known it’s the right change - and the right time - and so I’ve relied on SQ (spiritual intelligence) tools to focus on:
Moving through indecision.
Building my confidence.
Staying focused.
Working out ‘how’ to do it.
Getting my husband on board.
