My one non-negotiable in the working week
I was about to let it slip one week but thankfully, my husband suggested I stick with it.
A few months ago, I started having therapy.
I’ve had all sorts of therapies and healing sessions over the years but I wanted to properly try talking therapy and to actually commit to it for a period.
Thankfully, I struck gold with my therapist and I’m starting to see how really good therapy, from a really good therapist, can massively improve your life.
It helps you to understand yourself, your relationships - past and present - and what you want and need from life.
My therapist is so kind. It’s like she really gets me - and wants the best for me - and right now, that feels like the most wonderful blessing.
