Christmas debrief and 2025 intentions

Let's look at what worked this year, what didn't, how the Christmas period has been for you and what you'd like to do/feel more of in 2025.

While my social media feeds are filling up with people’s heartfelt messages about what worked for them in 2024, and what didn’t, I’ve been feeling strangely blank.

This is for two reasons.

Firstly, I have a boring cold that is turning any potentially meaningful thoughts into a fairly impenetrable clump of clay, in my mind, before they become coherent.
